◇ the secret of a successful life
A young man who used to live in pessimism asked the king how to successfully live his life.
So the king told the young man to pour wine into the glass and bring it. And when the young man brought it, he said.
"I will teach you the secret of success when you come back to town with a glass of wine. But if you spill a drop of wine, you will be cut off from your neck."
The young man came around the city, sweating profusely. Then the king asked,
"Yes. What did you see going around the city?"
The young man answered.
"I couldn't see and hear anything because I cared about the wine glass."
Then the king said,
"That is the key to success. If you set your life goals firmly and concentrate on your work, you won't be able to hear the temptation and criticism around you."

When the great airport came, black people flocked to the surrounding metropolitan area to make a living. Of course Harlem has turned into a crime-ridden district where the example of the 'broken window law'

New York City developed various policies to solve the problem and developed the whole city.

First, police forces in New York more than doubled in order to reduce criminals, killing mafia bosses, causing the crime rate in New York to drop sharply.

In addition, after fixing dozens of dark buildings, black professionals were the first to be brought into the city on exceptional conditions. It was followed by the establishment of Asians with a high enthusiasm for education. It gave rise to a desire to live with children by providing housing and creating parks. It also offered education programs to help the unemployed get back to work.

Two more to improve the environment: a Starbucks coffee shop and a Barnes & Noble bookstore. There have been many cases in which the two have improved their surroundings.

And the residents voluntarily set up a joint venture for regional development. Several nonprofit organizations have tried rehabilitation efforts. To solve the housing problem, a non-profit organization led by tenants, "Brush," and "Harlem Residential Environment Improvement Group," formed by priests, were born.

Lastly, Harlem's success in urban renewal has also led to popularization of jazz and soul, which is a culture of the lowest working class.
