Cold, pneumonia and body temperature management

Cold, pneumonia and body temperature management

On the first day of Lunar New Year's Day, I write my first article wishing everyone well. A viral pneumonia from China is hitting the world. According to media reports, China has blocked Wuhan and is taking extreme measures. But the speed of the virus is already spreading to big cities around the world one beat faster than we think.
There is a worrying generation here. They are infants and elderly. In other words, they are the generation with weak immune systems. Unfortunately, viruses have no discernment to look after the thin and weak layers. At this time, it is important to stay healthy and not transmit the virus.
I searched in advance for the meaning of pneumonia.
The definition of pneumonia is an inflammation of the area below the bronchial tubes of the lungs (humps).
The most common cause of the outbreak is microbial infections, which are bacteria or viruses, and can rarely be caused by fungi. In addition to infectious pneumonia caused by microbes, non-infectious pneumonia may also be caused by the absorption of foreign substances such as chemicals or vomit, the absorption of gases, and radiation therapy.
Older people, in particular, can usually get over it with a cough. Therefore, if a cough lasts longer than you think, you should take a doctor with you.
If there are signs of a virus spreading around the world, the U.N. WHO will intervene. On the other hand, however, it is a time of opportunity for pharmaceutical companies. There is a funny humor in that view. The reason for this is because the pharmaceutical companies involved in the disease are also big profit-making groups.

◇ Cold and pneumonia (humor)
A man with a bad cold went to see a doctor. After seeing the doctor, he prescribed some pills.
However, the patient didn't have much effect when he took the medicine. So I went to see a doctor again and gave him an injection this time. The injection is equally ineffective.
So I made my third visit. This time, go home and bathe in hot water, then open the window wide open and stand in front of the window naked.
"Then you get pneumonia!" the doctor said as the patient complained.
.
.
"There's a good way to treat pneumonia."

◇ The importance of body temperature and health
The temperature of a person's body usually remains at 36.5 degrees, but the animals maintain different temperatures. For example, horses are 37.7 degrees, cows and dogs are 38.5 degrees, chickens are 41.5 degrees, sheep 29.0 degrees and cats are 38.1 degrees.
Studies show that a 1°C drop in body temperature causes a 30 percent drop in immunity and a 12 percent drop in basic metabolic power, while a 1 ̊C rise increases the immune system by 50 percent.
Indoor temperatures in winter should not be too cold, but they are also good to about 18 to 21 degrees, which is enough for the human body to adjust to the winter weather.
It's not good to raise the temperature too much just because the weather is cold. If the temperature inside the house is higher than 25°C, the immunity can be reduced. (Slightly cold is good.)
It is also recommended to open windows to vent indoor air out three times a day. It is advisable to leave the window open for about 10 minutes each time you ventilate.
And the indoor humidity is as important as the indoor temperature in winter, and most of all, the immune system can be active and prevent colds if there is enough moisture in the body.
For your information, one of the basic factors that determines the taste of food is the temperature of the food, with the most delicious wine temperature of 15 degrees, coffee or tea 65 degrees, beer 10 degrees, rice wine 50 degrees, soybean paste 60 degrees, baby milk 37 degrees. Cold water tastes the best at 13 degrees, and this is the best water from a well. Ice cream is suitable for -12 degrees.
* Thermotherapy is one of the most powerful weapons in the human body against disease.
On holidays, they also gather to play go-stop. But I later found out that each month has meaning. Anything is interesting to know its meaning. Especially after you know the meaning below in the light of rain, which means December, you will see it again.
◇ Onodohu, a calligrapher
There is a man with an umbrella and a tree frog. The man is a Japanese calligrapher named Onodohu.
As a young man, he devoted himself to calligraphy all day. However, his skills did not improve as much as he wanted.
One day when it rained heavily, Onodohu suddenly broke the brush and thought.
"I don't think I can do it anyway. I'd rather..."
Onodohu decided to kill himself and went to the river. The river wobbled. Onodohu was about to jump in, when he suddenly saw a tree frog.
The tree frog was clinging to a willow stem, struggling with its feet. If he missed the stem, he would be swept away by the river.
Onodohu watched the tree frogs closely. In the end, the tree frog climbed up the willow stem with all its might. He stood firm in the face of the strong current and climbed up and finally got out of the rough river.
At a moment, Onodohu was devastated.
"You can't die like this! Let's go all the way!"
Even the beauty of the tree frogs tries like that... He was so ashamed of himself.
Then Onodohu studied hard and finally became the number one calligrapher in Japan. A tree frog struggling to survive changed the life of Onodohu.
