British Government’s quick response to a crisis
◇ British Government’s quick response to a crisis
In July 2005, a suicide bombing on three London subways and a bus on the second floor saved all the injured within an hour of the accident, and the damage was the lowest ever and all of the injured were immediately compensated.
This was the result of the British government, which gained enlightenment after suffering several major accidents, including a series of maritime accidents in the 1990s, massive winter floods in 2000 and foot-and-mouth disease outbreaks in 2001.
"Risk preparedness should be our daily routine, and we will establish a national disaster response system."
The manual, "List of the National Crisis on Regional Emergency," which was created as such, outlined briefly the roles and procedures of handling the situation.
It has been upgraded on a regular basis since July 2001 and made it easy for anyone to access it online.
In order to respond more quickly and efficiently, all authority was transferred to regional managers, and training was carried out to respond to the crisis in a timely and flexible manner through maintenance of manuals.
◇ Knowing that rising high is at stake only after being low, knowing that the eyes are dazzled when going out in the light only after being in the dark, and then watching the calm, knowing that the busy movement is in vain, and then being silent, you know that much is noisy.
The spirit should be high and wide, but not too rough, so that the mind and the mind are careful and meticulous but not too dry, that the taste is calm but not too dry, that keeping the jigzos should be strict and clear, but not radical.
The hawk stands tight, and the tiger walks sickly, which is how they snatch their prey. Therefore, the right person should be able to take on big things without showing intelligence and showing talent.
