樹欲靜而風不止 (수욕정이풍부지) 나무는 조용히 있고 싶어하지만 바람이 그치지 않고,

子欲養而親不待 (자욕양이친부대) 자식은 부모를 봉양하고자 하나 부모님은 기다려 주시지 않네.

往而不可追者年也 (왕이불가추자년야) 한번 흘러가면 다시는 쫓을 수 없는 것은 세월이요.
