One day a lion at a city zoo asked the keeper.

“Hey, keeper, I’m a lion, a lion.

Why do you always pick up bananas if you want to feed the lions?”

Then the keeper tossed a few bananas,

“I know you’re a lion.

But I’m not budgeting this zoo, so I’ve registered you as a monkey.’

The Law of Organization

Starting tomorrow, all employees can enter the building only with their own security cards; the photos will be taken on the following Wednesday and the cards will be issued in two weeks.

You should not use email to deliver information or data. Email should be used only for company work.

This project is so important that you should not be disrupted by more important things.

Teamwork is about how many people hang on to what the boss says.

We know that communication is a problem, but the company will not discuss this problem with its employees.

◇ 隱忍自重 

It does not reveal outward and it endures and it hides and the body shape is carefully.

◇ 관료주의

어느 날 시에서 운영하는 동물원의 사자가 사육사에게 물었다.

“이봐요. 사육사님. 난 사자요, 사자.
사자한테 먹이를 주려면 고기를 줘야지 왜 맨날 바나나만 줍니까?”

그러자 사육사는 바나나 몇 개를 휙 던지고는,

“나도 니가 사자라는 건 알고 있어.
근데 지금 이 동물원의 예산이 부족해서 널 원숭이로 등록했어...”


◇ 조직체의 법칙

내일부터 모든 사원은 각자 보안카드를 사용해야만 이 건물로 들어올 수 있다. 사진은 다음 수요일에 촬영할 것이며 카드는 2주 뒤에 발급된다.

정보나 자료를 전달하는데 이메일을 사용해서는 안 된다. 이메일은 회사 업무에만 사용해야 한다.

이 프로젝트는 아주 중요한 것이므로 더 중요한 일 때문에 차질을 빚어서는 안 된다.

팀워크란 사장이 말하는 일에 많은 사람들이 매달리는 것을 말한다.

커뮤니케이션이 문제라는 것을 우리는 알고 있지만 회사가 사원들과 더불어 이 문제를 논의하는 일은 없을 것이다.

자 : 자꾸 만들게!

자 : 자존감이 떨어진다.
이 : 이렇게 해라 저렇게 해라.
너 : 너가 해봐 그럼!

밖으로 드러내지 아니하고 참고 감추어 몸가짐을 신중(愼重)히 한다.
