◇ 세종 어록

* 내가 꿈꾸는 태평성대는 백성이 하려고 하는 일을 원만하게 하는 것이다.

* 남을 너그럽게 받아들이는 자는 사람의 마음을 얻게 되고, 위엄과 무력으로 다스리는 자는 사람들의 노여움을 사게 된다.

* 무엇이든 넓게 경험하고 파고들어 스스로를 귀한 존재로 만들어라.

* 고기는 씹을수록 맛이 난다. 그리고 책도 읽을수록 맛이 난다. 다시 읽으면서 처음에 지나쳤던 것을 발견하고 새롭게 생각하는 것이다. 말하자면 백번 읽고, 백번 읽히는 셈이다.
