Economic Cooperation

Russia claims to discuss economic cooperation with Russia.

"Let's equalize the iron bridge project to be built on the 00 River.

The wind is blowing through the waves, meaning that we are going to overcome all the difficulties to achieve what we mean.

My uncle did not deserve the bluff of the temple. However, Jonggak, as he said, overcome all the difficulties that come and take the crisis as an opportunity, and reached the high point of (Jinmu-gun) at the time of the sentence (problem).

Later, the poet of the Tang Dynasty quoted this word of Jonggak and left an immortal manifestation.

◇ 경제협력

러일 경제협력을 논의하는 자리에서 러시아쪽이 주장한다.

"이번 00강에 건설할 철교 프로젝트는 대등하게 호혜의 원칙으로 합시다.
일본쪽에서는 그 강에 철교를 세워주세요. 러시아쪽에서는 강을 제공하겠습니다."


◇ 승풍파랑(乘風破浪)
바람을 타고 물결을 헤치며 나아간다. 즉, 뜻한 바를 이루기 위하여 온갖 난관을 극복하고 나아간다는 의미

위진 남북조 시대 종각(宗慤)이란 사람이 있었는데 종각이 어렸을 때 숙부가 "나중에 커서 무엇이 될래?" 하고 물었다.

이에 종각은 "긴 바람을 타고 만리 파도를 헤치며 나아가겠습니다."라고 대답했다. 현승장풍 파만리랑(顯乘長風 破萬里浪)

숙부는 허풍만 잔뜩 들은 종각을 마땅치 않게 여겼다. 그러나 종각은 자신의 말대로 다가오는 모든 어려움을 극복하고 위기를 기회로 삼아 文帝(문제)때 振武將軍 (진무장군)의 높은 벼슬에 이르게 되었다.

훗날 당나라의 시인 李白은 종각의 이 말을 인용하여 불후의 명시(詩)를 남겼다.

장풍파랑회유시(長風破浪會有時)
길고 큰 바람이 올 때에 이를 타고 물결을 헤치며,

직괘운범제창해(直掛雲帆濟滄海)
곧 구름과 같은 돛을 달고서 넓고 푸른 바다를 건너가리라.
